I have seen your query carefully and found that you have not disclose all the details of the matter. According to hindu succession act now the daughters are also entitled to get share in the property of her father or mother if they died without any will. But it is very much important and necessary to disclose the date of death of the previous owner of the property. if the date of death is prior to the amendments done in act then you will not able to get the share. so please tell me the details of the matter without any hesitation through administrator of this website for the further advice and guidance

According to Hindu succession act now all the legal heirs given in Schedule 1 of the deceased who died without any will then his properties will be divided equilly . So if the sons denied to give shares to the sisters then they can file a petition against their brother to partition of properties and claim their share. if you want any further information or any other advice then contact me without any hesitation through administrator of this website
