Society not giving sale agreement to seller within 1 year of purchase

Society is not giving agreement for sale since seller have not completed one year when he purchased the property.
This is my response to you:
1. Ask them the reason and under which bye-law is it written that the seller needs to wait for one year;
2. If they don't have any reason then you can sell the flat;
3. If they still object file a complaint to the registrar of societies.
