Society Bye laws for payment of solicitor fees

Dear Sir,
Our society has appointed a lawyer for the redevelopment project. The fees levied are being charged equally to all flat owners having 520 carpet and 875 carpet. The 875 flat owners may get two flats.
Please advise if this rule is as per society bye laws.

This is my response to you:
1. The additional area cannot be more than the permissible limit;
2. If the second flat is being allotted it cannot be the same area as the first flat;
3. It could be less area otherwise the same is in violation of laws;
