Sister wants to recover the property given by father to the in-laws

my dad brought a propery during marriage of my sister in name of in law precisely dahej and was divided between parents and three brother .. can she recover her property without getting divorcee if yes pls let me know
madam/sir, you have stated that the said property has been divided between parents and three brothers, if the property was in her name and owner of the same and she has not signed the document before sub-Registrar and registered the partition document, she can get back without divorce. if she has signed the partition or settlement deed by her self she cannot get back. it is better to approach an advocate with document for correct clarification.
