Sister not Agreeing to Registered will

29-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My father passed away last year & we had made a registered will in 2015. my sister has her belonging stored on the 3rd floor. My sister claims she has another copy of the will that was made ages ago which i believe i NOT REGISTERED.. I am positive i have the current registered will. My sister is not agreeing to the terms outlined in the will or agreeing to transfer the property ownership as per the WILL. I have tried to ask her to outline her terms " what she wants?" but she does not give me any answer . she doesn't want to come to any agreement to settle this peacefully. I have offered to give her more than what it stipulates in my father registered WILL but she still not HAPPY. Any advice would be very helpful. is there there is any alternative way to settle this without getting the will probate. we don't have enough money to probate the WILL

In view of the facts and circumstances of your matter, probate is the best way to get your right. There is no other was of settling the matter if your sister is not coming to an amicable settlement. In case, you opt for legal way, approach the legal cell, the will help you through the court procedure.
