Sister in law claiming her right over my wife's property

My wife bought a house in her name before her marriage registration over in her name but now her mother died after our marriage and now my wife sister is clamming the property Doe's she has rights

Your question is incomplete as to which religion you belong to, since inheritance matters are based on religious laws. The source of acquisition of property by your wife has to be perused to conclude that she had acquired a valid title or there are certain covenants that are binding on her while getting the property transferred from her mother.
