Siblings and mother trying to put forgery sign in NOC

Hello sir,
My siblings and mother want to transfer all property of my deceased father to my mother's name putting my forgery sign in NOC. For this they are asking my PANCARD and fighting with me. They are occupying all houses and property and don't allow my family to visit there. Currently I am located at Bangalore after marrige and they are in Guwahati , Assam. Kindly advice me what action to be taken to protect myself without filing case in the court as it's difficult for me to visit there and nobody is there to help me in this matter.
you can put an objection to DC court kamrup metro so that they can't transfer your father's property. As a co- sharer you can claim your share from the said property. consult with an advocate he will file objection on behalf of you. .no need your physical visit for submission the objection.
