Share of elder brother in property of younger brother

My father bought a land in 1970 when he was 18+ yrs old in his name by paying mony in hard cash form that time in front of court .I want to know that my father is younger brother so is there any right of elder brother in his property ,as there is no mention of any other family members in sale deed paper ,it is clearly written by the person who sold his land that write of land belongs to my father and his successor and no other person ,there is person as witness from my family .

From perusal of your query ,it appears that the property stands in the name of your father. Hence,your uncle or any other person cannot make any claim over the property which stands in your father's name.
