Share in flats to the sons and daughter's

Sir/mam?
My grandfather and father have buy and build building on howrah... Do any child of our family have any share in their flats.. Because we have only 2 flats in that building rest all are in ownership.. Is there any share of our family sons and daughters?
As per the query in law rato there is equal share for both son and daughter regarding two flats in the building and as the rest are ownership so if you want you can ask for change in the name of the flat
