Settlement cancelation done when son was minor

Hindu-Mother does a settlement in minor son's name with a clause that she will not cancel that settlement at any circumstance. Now it is 18years son got married threw his widow mother outside the house holding all her original documents. Now the mother want to cancel that settlement. Is it possible now!
No, the unconditional settlement cannot be cancelled..but as a mother u can file a case for the monthly maintenance for your livelihood from your son...if you have the conditions in Settlement, it can be revoked in certain circumstances..if your son fails to give maintenance you can ask for stay order not to give rights to sell the property
