20-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My name is Sayan Mukherjee. I have a jointly owned home B khata, it is under SBI loan, I have the B khata doc and the property tax is paid up-to-date. My wife is in NZ since Feb for her education. We want to sell the flat. Hence would want to know what documentation (POA) Is needed and how to get it, as she can not visit Bangalore or India anytime soon. Please suggest the procedure and if you can help us in this. Thanks in Advance, Sayan

You can take a GPA from your wife to sell the property on her behalf. you can sell and register the property to any intending buyer. For further required help you can get in touch with us. The New purcahser can be legally owner of the flat.
