Sell Of disputed Land Of Property

sir , I have two land in different location . for some route quarrel to my brother he has filed a case for partition. I am tired for al this matter and I want to sell to my part of half land in both location .
can I sell half part of land of both location without prior approval of court while partition and route case has been already filed in session court ?
can buyer of land can possed half land after purchase?
on the above mentioned query you cannot sell out your half share of the said lands because these lands are disputed and the legal proceedings are going on . as per law if the properties is disputed and the legal proceedings in the court on his way so there is a bar for selling the disputed property aur the land in question .
so if you want to sale out the share of these disputed lands so firstly you to file application for permission from the court . and if you are not going through the proper legal manner then the purchaser gave you the decreased amount which is less than the actual market value
