Self acquired Property rights to Daughter

Last week my Father done property ( self acquired ) partition between 3 sons and him so splitted in to 4 . He is telling if he give property to daughter then his sons will fight as 3 sons are doing family business with my father .Iam married , Am i eligible to ask him to split it in to 5 on equal shares on his self acquired property. Already he have gifted some business and property to sons.

As long as the property is a self acquired one, it is upto its owner to dispose it of in the manner and extent he wishes. Hence, in principle, you can't demand share in his property. But if will be able to convince your father some good might happen.
