i am a hindu and my wife is staying with my parents in there self acquired property . i am staying since past 2 years seperate and as the property is self acquired of my parents she is claiming that it is a ancesteral property but we have receipts of purchase that is a paid EMI of my parents for house . please advice as she is harrasing my senior citizens parents which is there self acquired property and civil case been filed by in court for her injunction from parents property .
