Seeing my late father in law's will

27-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
My wife and I got divorced almost a year back in January 2021, I subsequently remarried and I got sole custody of our 11 year old son, she had visitation rights but both she and our son chose not to keep in touch with each other. My wife subsequently committed suicide in her lover's house. My late father in law has kept a significant amount of wealth and property in my ex wife and my son's name. He named my ex brother as his nominee in the will. My ex brother in law is not revealing the contents of my late father in law's will to me. he has maligned me in his family and friend circle and said he shall only reveal the contents of the will to my son. Is there a way I can check out the will?

It is necessary to know whether the Will has been probated or not. It is also necessary to know that whether as the natural guardian of your minor son, have you asked about your son's property share in his deceased maternal grandfather's property?
