saller not coming for stamp duty and registration, he is demanding balance amount before or at the time of stamp duty and registration. but in agreement it was clearly menton that purchaser date will start after all the original document required by bank to disburse loan.
not he is demanding un reasonable demands
This is my response to you:
1. Tell the seller that you will execute a MoU and add the terms needed for giving you the documents;
2. Then you can give those documents to the bank and obtain the loan;
3. You must get the seller in confidence;
4. The seller will then come for registration;
5. So get the seller into confidence, also execute an Indemnity Bond if needed;
6. Consult a local lawyer if you need help.
