Sale of Mhada 2BHK Flat in Goregaon West

Hi, I was allotted a 2BHK flat under the Mhada lottery scheme in the year 2009 at Goregaon West. Now, i intend to sell the flat to another party. While the society is already formed, do i need to obtain an NOC from Mhada before i sell the flat? If yes, what is the process and who should be contacted at Mhada? Also how long does this procedure take? thanks

1. You can sell the property to any person;
2. You will need to obtain an no dues certificate from MHADA as well;
3. If you have a broker he might be of some assistance;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
