Is there any rule stating that I cannot park commercial car in society premises,since it's residential flats no commercial car will park stating by chairman. Also RC is in my name and room is in father name.Society chairman stating that because of yellow plate car and RC is in my name i cannot park.They asking my to change yellow plate to white by converting it to white plated private car . also change car documents from my name to father's name as my father is owner of flat in society. I lived in some other place on rent but want to park my commercial yellow plated car in father's society.please suggest any law rule number so that can give that copy to society to enable them to understand actual rules instesd of giving us some another rules which heard newly.

To the best of my knowledge there is no law which requires you not to park your commercial car in the society premises. Since it is a car and not a truck or tractor society's objection doesn't make sense. Even though flat belongs to your father you being member of his family can park vehicle at the allotted spot.

You may ask rules to society chairman which circular of co-operative department or provision in co-operative law or bye-laws of co-operative law state that.
