Road Expansion project which has caused trouble

In my location road expansion is ongoing. The highway authority has expanded road only from one side of road because, there is army barrack on other side of road. They didn't allow to touch even a single inch. Due to this our houses will be in the course of demolition. Whether it is allowed to refuse to give land by Army?
Dear Sir.. See if the road is being constructed whether by any of the authorities, they are not allowed to demolish your property.. If you think there would be any demolition then you can go to court and take a stay.. And suppose due to lockdown the courts are not functioning, you can file a Writ in a High Court..
