hello client the sinario ur telling me is not at all in yourb fevour. the things you are telling is seems to be tht your mother is not not at all willing to give you any share in the property. as your are saying about the will it is true tht she can change her will anytime as per her own wish without informing you. yes she make you out from the property you can not do anything at tht time. 8n my views you have to move in the court with civil suit to claim ur share of property withbtye help of legal remedy tht is onlyba posssibility where tou can get shatmre if the property and have a independent life .

You have a legitimate right to your share in the property however as the relavent documents have been taken by your mother you can probate your will and can move the court for declaration of you respective share

Im case your mother makes a new will you can file a suit for partition also

As long you are in possession shecant move you out of the possession unless collusion with police on some other pretext like false FIR etc

Hoever my suggestion is to move the court at the earliest and relevant action can be decided only after looking at your documents and other facts and circumstances
