Rights of wife over ancestral property

Hi sir, Our property comes under ancestral.My father expired nine months ago.My father married once my mother expired.With my mother , we are two sister and me.After second marriage ,one daughter.Our property was not divided still.Can you please give me the procedure how we got the shares among us.
The property will be divided among three daughters (including daughter of second marraige) and one son (You) and second wife equally. You can enter into registered partition deed before Sub Registrar Office. If there is any dispute, you have to file partition suit before the civil court.
