Rights of widow on the father in law property and maintenance

My husband died 1 yr ago after That my in laws threw me out of the house alnog with my 3 yr old daughter My father in law has got property from his mother through partition deed along with his four brothers.. Can i get share in my that property and can i ask for maintanence... We all lived together till my husband died now me and my daughter have no where to go.. What can i do? I am. Hindu
