Rights of son on Protected Tenancy of grandfather

My great grandfather name still exist as protected tenent on 7/12 extract on other side column of other rights. Kabjedar column is some other parties name. We had no idea about this property in past. This property is located in mumbai sub dist. My question is can I claim my family's protected tenent right on this property. After so many years can I claim this property ?
