Rights of joint property after husband’s death

26-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I own a property in joint name with my husband, who died 12 yrs ago. I have 2 daughters, both adult. I have been an earning member since start of our marriage, and repaid loan of 50 lakhs after his death, from my earnings. Will the property be transferred to my name, or will my daughters also have a claim in the property.

you are krta of the family and you have right to adjust your payment which were spent by you in the family arrangements and you can file a suit for declaration to declare you as owner of property, but you have to prove your case with strict proof if is contested
