Rights of grandson when property is transferred by grandfather to some

My father in law nominated his house to my elder sister in law (jethani)& his son ,50% each.The property is not transferred on their name without our NOC,can my son claim his share as grandson?Can they rent this house without our consent? I m Jain.

Is your father in law alive or no more? Assuming he's no more in that case the society can make the transfer in the names of the nominee without going into the question of ownership and once its done they can definitely rent it away. You can give a legal notice to the society to halt the transfer for the time being and approach the courts for the rights of your husband and son.
