Rights of family members on property after death of father

My father and mother have 50% - 50% sharing plot but my father is no more. Family structer: 01 mother : alive 01 father : no more ( 50% registry ) 01 wife : alive ( 50% registry ) 02 brothers : alive 01 sister : alive 02 sons : alive now what rights we all family members have on that plot. There is no will. Mother right ? Wife right ? Sons right ? Brothers right ? Sister right ?

You have messed up the question. Very difficult to understand. However, assuming that you parents had owned a property, having 50 share each. Your family consisted of your parents, their two sons and one daughter.
As your father died without making any Will in respect of his share, so, now his 50% share shall devolve upon all the surviving members, which includes your mother, in equal share. So post death of your father, your mother is now entitled to 62.5% share in the property, whereas, all reaming three of you brothers and sister, shall share remaining 37.5% in three equal share i.e. 12.5% share each.
