Rights of children of first wife on grandparent's property

My grandfather got house from his father.my grandfather had two wife's.my father was from first wife.and three from second.my grand mother died.grandfather named house to second wife but kept power of attorney with him.my father died.now they transferred it to my uncle.(son of second wife).my father had electric meter on his name.we live in that house from 30 years.what are our rights.can my uncle through us out of house.

As the property is not an ancestral property and the same was transferred to your grandfather's second wife so after her death the same would go to her legal heir who is your uncle. However, as you are presently living in that house so you should file a suit for injunction and claim ownership on the basis of meter and other connections that you have. Additionally, if your uncle files a suit for eviction then you can respond by saying that the property becomes yours by adverse possession. In the end, the dispute might result in settlement
