right over rpoperty held in partnership firm

I am one of the partner in registered partnership firm. We are having two properties viz. commercial offices held in the name of one of the partner.
Now the partner in whose name the property is purchased by the firm is not willing to dissolve the firm nor wants to give my share of partnership.
Please help me if any legal route is available to dissolve the firm and get my share of partnership firm.
if partnership is resolved Thane after purchase any property. whenever without resolve property perchance property every partner hire share. so best option is personal property is personal not partner .... please give some more details i give my best reply... more enquiry please contact me
