Who has full rights on my grandfather's asset?

See if the properties are ancestral then they would be transferred as per coparcenary rights, however, if they are grandfather's self acquired property then they would be transferred as per Hindu Succession Act. So the properties would go to his wife and children and children of predeceased children in equal share. If none of these class 1 legal heirs are present then the properties would be transferred to class 2 legal heirs in order of priority.
