Right On Father's Property Which Is Transferred To The Daughter

29-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My father expired 5 years back without any will and my mother transferred the property rights to my elder sister. Can I claim for that property? What are the chances of getting it?

You can claim only for ancestors property which was transferred to your father.
If your father has bought some property so you can not claim on that property. It will be called self acquired property. You can not claim any right on that property.
