Right of son in fathers property if wholly transferred to his mother

Respected sir, my grand father dead 6months back and land property is now need to change to by parts example grandmother,sons but totally land is chaged into grandmother ..so my question is there is right to claim my father his fathers property

You have a right over the ancestral property of your father but not over your father or grandfather’s self acquired property. If your father has transferred the property through will in the name of your grandmother, then you can only challenge it if you can establish that it was forged or made under duress
