I have a property which is disputed.At the time of buying property I and my uncle paid but the registry of property is only in name of my uncle.I am witness in that property.It was then came to notice that it is possesed by another.Thus,we filed a case for it.It has been disputed since 2002 so till now case hasen't been solved.Now,my uncle is having some health issues.Will my right will be there on this property after his death.

This is my response to you:
1. Since it is on his name, after his death it will go to his legal heirs;
2. If there are no children then it will go his siblings;
3. So ask him to make a Will in your favour;
4. Or file a Suit in civil court;
5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
