Right of grandson to get property transferred on his name

Sir,my grandfather was died 5 months back nd the whole property is under my grandmother ,they hve 1 son nd 2 daughters .so my grandmother is thinking to do property on my name so wt is the procedure nd my auntys are like if her mother dies,i think there will be equal rights so i need a suggestions that my grandmother is ready to do some property on my name if she did it is there any rights to my auntys to question me on property
