Right of grandson to claim the property of grandfather

Sir! My name is prakash...My grandfather had three sons..I am the only grandson to my grandfather..three years back my grandfather was died.. the property still now registered with my grandfather names only..now my parents are living separately each other without divorce..now I'm living mith my mother..Can I claim my grandfather property..

Yes you can definitely claim a share but only after the death of your father and to the extent of the property that would go to your father. Along with that, as your mother is not divorced yet so your mother also would get a share in the property being a class 1 legal heir of your father along with you.
