Right of daughter on father property after him

I am rohini from tamilnadu. We are 3 children to my parents. Two elder brothers and last me. We have some property like house , shops, resort and others but don't know clearly what we have. mine is 2nd marriage, 1at was divorced. Brothers were also married. my father expired in 2014. After that all charges are taken by 2nd brother and now he is saying full property is mine , no one have right on this. My elder brother and me , both requested him, so he is saying he will give only 5 0r 10% only for us. Remaining for him. Because he is saying my father spent money for marriage in 2006 and 2011. I don't have any document and support. Can I get any help from legally?
yes u have every right to your father s property, u have legal right after your father's death did he apply for legal heirship certificate, if not I have to apply for the certificate, you can ask for partition in the property u have every right over it
