Right of daughter in law over father in law's self acquired property

I am an Hindu, my brother and her fiancee or separated out but still not divorced they are staying seperatly but the lady who was given house to stay for a temporary basis until they make an alternate arrangement have now bought a stay through court. Does the daughter in law have the right to ask for father in laws own earned property.... Kindly help us in the matter.... Currently the case is in court but we aren't seeing any progress....
A daughter in law does not have any right over her father in Law`s property. If she is deserted by her husband she has maintenance right over her husband`s ancestral property, in many cases the property will be in father in law`s name.
