Right of Daughter in Father property

respected member,
My Grand Father have Property which they further transfer to My Father and Uncle in Equal Share , further now my Father and Mother Died and we are 4 Sister and 1 brother now we want to know what the share of my and my sister in that property
be it a daughter or son,an equal share in such property accures by birth itself. by birth a daughter has a share in the ancestral property. After the 2005 amendment,the daughter has been recognised and as a corparcener and her marital status makes no difference to her right over the father property.
