I am Hindu religion. Meri mother ki death March 2007 Mai ho chuki hai . Meri mother ka ek brother hai . Jo b 2005 Mai Nana ji ne apni property se bhar kar diya tha . Meri question ye hai . Mai ab Apne Nana ji se apni mother ka hissa Lene ja rha hu to mere Nana ji mujhe mna kar dete hai property dene se . Mai puchna chahta hu kya mera koi mother ki property Mai hissa hai ya nahi ? Agar hai to uske liye kaise apply Karu.
Hello dear being a legal hairs of your mother you have fully right to get your mother inherite property. According to hindu succession act after the death of parents his / her child's have right to enjoy the property
