Right in mother's preoperty that gifted by father.

Dear Madam/Sir,
1. Father gifted his property to his 3 children (Daughter-Son-Daughter) and to mother. (father died in 1992)
2. Mother registered property to 2nd Daughter (means 3rd child) without our consent and knowledge. Actually we don't even know the registration date or other details. Now the are saying its in their name.
Q: do other children have right in property of mother that gifted by father ?
Yes... Children are entitled to get the property of their father. Mother cannot register the property herself. It doesnt have any validity. You can file a petition before the civil court for the partition of the party.
