Right in grandfather's property given to him by his mother

We have a property which was inherited to my grand father from his mother through a will and that property was came to her(my grand father mother) from her mother as he was the only child.now my question was my grand father died,can my grand mother can sell that property through putting her signature alone or along with my father signature and her sister signature. And another question was can I have any rights in that property -

In the given situation, as I assume your grandfather died inestate, i.e, without making a will. Thus, in the given situation, Your Grandmother is required to obtain signatures of all coparceners of the family, after obtaining signatures of all the coparceners, she can sell away the property.
