Requirement of sucession Certificate/Probating of Will Witnessed

If a will is witnessed by 2 people ,will it still require Probation/Sucession Certificate for MCD and other formalities for a Co Op Apartment in Delhi.
Query perused. Probate of will in Delhi is not mandatory. However, in case of unregistered will though signed by two witnesses would require to be probated from the court of law. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
