Removing name of the joint holder from property .

We own a joint property in Pune in my and my wife's name . i want to keep it single in my name and then nominate her . pl tell the process and cost involved .
you will have to register a relinquishment deed executed by your wife to remove all there rights in the said property. and then you can nominate her. the cost of drafting should be around Rs.2500 to 5000/- the rest is stamp duty and registration as per market value.
