Removal of name from Property Document

Dear All
My home is a Joint ownership between Me, My Wife and My Mom. We have taken a Home loan as well wherein all three of us are joint owner. EMI is paid by me and my wife as my Mom is retired and house wife.
Now i want to remove my moms name from agreement and she is also having no objection to that
1) What would be procedure for that
2) How much would that Cost
3) do i have to inform bank as well
This is my response to you:
1. Then the original papers are with the bank right?
2. You will have to inform the bank firstly;
3. The bank will ask your to fill out certain forms etc;
4. Your mother can execute a release deed in your favour and register the document as well;
5. The cost for release deed is minimal;
6. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
