Remedy in case land has been forcefully taken by grandmother's son

.I have a agriculture land problem. My grandmother(mother’s mother) registered land 20 years back my four brothers and their son total 12ach(4*2,4) with stamp registration. Till no passbooks in that land. Present that total land is my grandmother son’s hand. He is not giving us. Present he is local leader in leading govt.How to take my land and passbooks also please tell me how to solve this problem.I requesting to any one please help me. Thanks & Regards Raghava Reddy.K
Sir your Mather has a right to get share in that land you can file a case in court stating that this property belongs to my grandmother and Iam entitled for share in that property kindly partition may be done for that property and my share to me
