House in my name took loan from my emp now husband torturing me to transfer the house in his name
Hi, the property for which you took a loan and have paid out of income seems to be in your name. The conveyance deed and registration also must have been completed in your name. Hence you seem to be a rightful and legal owner in Govt records and for all practical purposes. If anyone is trying to take away your legal right or trying to coerce you (force) into transferring it, against your will, you can approach police or a lawyer.
