Remedy if bank is refusing to give DD

Respected sir, Matter is blew I have purchased a tenament house with the banakhat named my father and get DD from bank at the time sale deed I change the name with mother now the problem is that bank not agree to give us DD due to name different between banakhat and sale deed ..have you any solution for that. Thnaks
Here there was a relation customer and merchant between you and bank. They agreed to give you amount on the basis of mutual understanding set up according the documents while granting sum. But you did something different . Somehow you breached contract. So they can refuse. You have option either you talk with the management of bank and get the issue resolved or try with any other bank.
