Relinquishment deed execution by unmarried son to my sister

I am unmarried son my father is still alive can I execute relinquishment deed in my sister’s name of my share in ancestral property

yes, you can make relinquishment deed in favour of your sister and such relinquishment deed will be binding only to the extent of your share in ancestral property. it is very important to register relinquishment deed to avoid future disputes as the properties will be immovable in nature.
