Can one Scheduled Cast (SC) person buy a land of Scheduled Tribe (ST) person legally in Maharashtra?? As SC/ST Act is common in entire India, I think. Please advise, I may required legal services if this deal can be done. Thanks.
Tribal person can purchase land of Tribal person.You can't purchase tribal persons land.If you try to purchase that land then that transaction of purchase shall be declared as void.Therefore you can't purchase land of tribal person
