My dad is settled in Bangalore since 40 years he expired 4 years back he has 2 brothers in Andhra Pradesh his dad had a site and house .
After the death of my dad those 2 brothers divided the prpty among themselves without my mom's approval
Is it legal?
Can I claim for it?
Am I eligible for that prpty?
If the said property is an ancestral property or self acquired property, if your grand father died leaving his estate and even your father dead, without alloting your father share, any kind of alienation like sale, partition, rtc., become null and void ab nitio. So, you all can file a suit questionung all transaction from your uncles. You will get your lawful share.
