Registry purpose question Liitle confuse whether to deal or not need

I have purchase flat from a muslim farida arshid in grant road area,agreement is on her mother name n she died in 2014,now her nominee is farida from whom i buying my lawyer saying nominee cannot sell property.she has given nomination letter,society share transfer certificate,ration card.so is it enough or i have to get succession certificate or legal hier certificate from her.

You can get consent from her mother's legal heir on sale deed.Then there is no need of succession certificate.But you must know that who are legal heir of deceased.Or you can file suit in civil suit on the basis of agreement to sell.
